Residential and service complex
A project for a multi-family development with service units located in the ground floor of the buildings. The designed building is located at Mogilska Street in Krakow, on the area adjacent to the PZZ Wieczysta cereal plant in question. The Tauron Arena and the M1 Shopping Centre are in the vicinity. The site is very well communicated with the centre of Krakow, so we can quickly get to Krakow's Market Square or the Main Railway Station. On the post-industrial premises, a residential development friendly in scale and architecture was designed with a large area of public greenery. The building is designed and certified to BREEM standard. The development will be
a green spot on the residential map of Krakow.
